Tea Reflections

I have an awesome and amazing husband. I love that he looks at things differently than the average person. Part of that is due to his artistic side, but part of it is just because he tries to take time to appreciate the world God made. This shot of my cup of tea is a perfect example. I was sitting at my desk yesterday with a full cup of tea within easy reach (the full part is an infrequent occurence!) and Ken noticed the reflection of the tree outside the window as he was standing here talking to me. And that's how this wonderful photo came to be:tea reflectionsFor more creative examples of my talented hubby's self-imposed "photograph-a-day" challenge, visit his blog: Ken's Place. You won't be disappointed!

I subscribe to Kens daily photo's on Google reader and really enjoy them. I love that it's not all the same, but different every day!

Great photo! I enjoy browsing his photo a day too.

Great to meet you Sunday...in my just rolled out of bed attire and hair do...I could not however pass up the opportunity to meet you since we never seem to be at the same place at the same time...well except for Sunday.

Let's do tea with the girls...I promise to shower and put some real clothes on.

Hi Jamie,

I tried to sign your guestbook but couldn't find where to put my name etc. I would like to sign it so if you could help me out that would be wonderful.

OH wow! That IS amazing!!! So neat. You know? I actually saw something quite similiar today but it involved cars, a road, power lines and buildings. Ok it's hard to explain, but I hope to shoot this photo when I get a better camera. Although, I think I should get this shot now, come to think of it, because a new apartment is being built up. Once it's built this shot will be hidden! I better take it quick~

Fascinating photo. Thanks for sharing. The new template is lovely. I especially loved the photo of Kathryn with her doll inside her jacket. I couldn't figure out how to sign the guest book either. Obviously most people were able to do so, but I couldn't.

LOVE the photo! Your husband is definitely an Artist, and more importantly he's got the gift to notice the simple pleasures in life.

Blessings, Melissa
